Welcome everyone back to Monday. Yes, the weekend is over and we start yet another glorious week! Okay…trying to sound positive, but not sure that came across the right way! But let’s get to our one thing that does seem to brighten up the day for a few of you out there. At leaset we hope so!

Our last photo was from the highly underrated but damn entertaining 1956 film The Black Sleep, with a great cast of actors, such as Basil Rathbone, John Carradine, Lon Chaney Jr., Tor Johnson, and Bela Lugosi. Great stuff. Kudos out to the following that sent in the correct answer: Dustin Moravick, David H. Smith, and Alan Tromp. Well done.

Now this week’s photo might be pretty easy to some of you out there. Depends on how many hours you spent gazing at that mouth over the years like I did…I mean…uh….never mind. Anyway, I thought maybe this won’t be that easy, just seeing the set of chompers here, but I guess we’ll see. But I’m thinking there are going to be quite a few that recognize them. Time will tell. Welcome to Monday! And that must mean another Mystery Photo, right? At least, I didn’t forget this time. But before we get to this week’s photo, let’s review our one from last week. It seemed this one stumped most of you. That is, all but Dustin Moravick, who was able to recognize this little French classic. It is from Jean Rollin’s 1978 film Les raisins de la mort, better known to us in the states as The Grapes of Death. So congrats out to Dustin for this one!

Due to us recovering from the Monster Bash Conference last weekend, we didn’t get a photo posted. But this is a new week, a new Monday, and so a new Mystery Photo. Happy Monday Everybody! Sorry to say but our last photo seemed to be quite a tough one. Honestly, I was surprised that I didn’t get any guesses of Happy Birthday to Me for this one, but it would have been incorrect. It is in fact from the 1981 film called And When She Was Bad, but also known as simply Madhouse. Twisted little movie that is worth your time. The only two that sent in the correct answer were Hoby Abernathy and Kuba Haczek, so congrats out to them.

So this week we’re going to go with something similiar to last week. And by that I mean that at first glance you might think this is from a certain movie, but you need to look closer. But it should be a much easier one than the last few weeks. But we’ll see, won’t we?

It seems our last photo was a bit of a tough one. But that didn’t stop a couple of you out there from recognizing this little bit of Euro-Trash (and I mean that in the best possible way)! Kudos to Kuba Haczek & Michael Shields for sending the in the correct answer, which was Antonio Margherit’s 1963 film The Virgin of Nuremberg, aka Horror Castle, a great little film that needs some attention!

Okay…on to this week’s photo. Going to be another tough one, and I will tell you it is probably not the one that is immediately coming to your mind. At least, I bet it probably isn’t. Take a good look, and good luck.

It seems our last photo was a wee bit tougher than normal. We only got one correct answer sent in, and that was from William Wilson. He must be a big fan of Fred Olen Ray because he knew this was one of the victims from his 1985 film Biohazard, starring the lovely Angelique Pettyjohn. Sure, a cheesy flick, but a fun one. Kudos to Mr. Wilson.

I have to say, if you thought last week’s photo was a tough one, you might be stumped once again on this one. We have to apologize since this title has yet to get a nice crisp blu-ray release. Or at least, not that I’m aware of. And you probably didn’t come across this title while browsing through at your local Blockbuster. Happy Monday, folks! What a better way to start the week than to get your brain working trying to figure what movie this little photo came from, right? I thought so.
