It’s that time again. It seems I have an 8-year cycle at my work life (in the really real world), and that cycle has come to an end. Next month, I start a new job that I’m hoping that has very little effect here at the Krypt, but we’ll have to wait and see. As you can see by the lack of updates lately, things have been kind of crazy here as of late, from the stress seeing if this new offer would be worth it, to all the other events and projects going on, let’s just say it has been a crazy month. And October might not be any better when it comes to being busy.

It may take a little time to make the transition, but fear not, because I have no intention of not continuing with the Krypt, especially since next month will be my 25th year of running Kitley’s Krypt. Why stop now, right? Same goes with the Discover the Horror podcast. If it wasn’t for the love and respect I have for the genre and the fans, I wouldn’t be putting all this time and effort into it. And it is more than worth it.

The lack of updates also could have something to do with the time of year, since our weekends are pretty much packed between now and November, so there is a lot of fun things to be had in the next 6 weeks, from more drive-in fun, movie marathons, conventions, and even another trip up north to Bill Rebane country! Just stay tuned for more information and reports when I can get them posted! Just remember, this is the time when we can truly be ourselves and revel in the dark and dreary times, glutton our eyes, and feast our souls on horror films, and just make sure we are enjoying this Halloween season!
